Before your appointment

  • Your appointment and services are reserved personally just for you. If you need to cancel, I require 48 hours notice in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

  • Come prepared with inspiration photos

    ( Keep in mind these are inspiration photos and your results will be customized for you )

  • Bring snacks or eat prior

    (Color services can take anywhere from 1.5- 4 + hours)

  • If you need a haircut or blow dry style after, please request this in our appointment. This will be an additional service with a stylist.

  • If a cancellation or no-show occurs within my policy time a $50 fee will apply to your credit card on file or a $50 fee will apply for your next booking. 

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment with a rebooking fee.

Deposit

I do require a $50 deposit to reserve the appointment. It will go towards the cost of your appointment but will be non refundable if you cancel. Zelle, Venmo or in person is the best way to pay. Once I receive the deposit I can reserve your spot, but the appointment can not be booked without receiving the deposit. Please let me know if you have any questions.

During your appointment.
Please take note of the following guideline updates:

  • Masks are no longer required for your appointment.

  • If for any reason you prefer us both to wear a mask during our time together, please let me know.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

I understand that last minute things do come up, but please let me know right away if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. I do have a strict no show / last minute cancellation policy. If you cancel with less than 24 hours of notice before your appointment you will be required to pay the entire cost of the missed appointment before you are able to book another appointment. You would have to cancel your appointment 48 hours prior the appointment so you would not be charged with the $50 fee. These fees do not go towards the cost of your next appointment.
